Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract
• You must provide accurate identity, contact, and tax information and keep it current
• You must maintain an active Affiliate account in good standing
• One Affiliate account per person or household unless Naturra Home approves otherwise in writing

Independent contractor status

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or joint venturers of Naturra Home. Affiliates set their own schedule and methods within these Terms, pay their own business expenses, and are responsible for their own taxes. Affiliates may not sign contracts, incur obligations, or make representations on behalf of Naturra Home.

Permitted activity

• Sharing your personal Affiliate link and approved marketing materials
• Referring retail customers to Naturra Home for purchase
• Personal-use purchasing at member pricing
• Introducing others to the Affiliate opportunity using approved, non-exaggerated language

Required compliance documents

Affiliates must follow the Affiliate Policies & Procedures, the Affiliate Disclosure & Marketing Guidelines, the Environmental Marketing Guidelines, the Reviews & Testimonials Guidelines, the Approved Marketing Claims list, the Brand and Logo Guidelines, and the Income Disclosure. These documents are incorporated into these Terms.

Membership, fees, and renewal

Affiliate activation is through a Signature Starter Membership membership billed on a recurring basis at the amounts and intervals disclosed before you authorize billing. Membership fees pay for the membership and its benefits; they are not a payment for recruiting and are not commissionable. Renewal and cancellation are governed by the Membership & Automatic Renewal Terms.

Commissions

Commissions are earned on qualifying retail product sales as described in the Compensation Plan. Commissions are adjusted or reversed for returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraudulent or ineligible orders.

Term, suspension, and termination

These Terms remain in effect while your Affiliate account is active. You may cancel at any time by contacting Customer Care. Naturra Home may suspend or terminate participation for violation of these Terms or any compliance document, for deceptive marketing, or for conduct that harms customers or the brand. On termination, use of Naturra Home brand assets, links, and marketing materials must stop, and commissions on qualifying sales completed before termination are paid according to the Compensation Plan.

Changes to these terms

Naturra Home may update these Terms. The effective date on this page shows when the current version took effect, and continued participation after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.

Law and disputes

Governing law is described on the Governing Law page and disputes are handled through the process on the Dispute Resolution page. Naturra Home does not require arbitration or a class-action waiver, and nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
