Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Naturra Home. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, place an order, or enroll in a membership.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not interfere with the site's operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that burdens our systems or harms other users.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account used in violation of these Terms.

Product information and availability

We work to describe products accurately, including ingredients, sizes, and intended use. Colors, scent perception, and appearance can vary between screens and between production batches. Product availability can change, and we may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or correct an error in a description or image at any time.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is authorized.

By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize the charge for the total shown, including shipping and tax. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by Naturra Home.

Orders are offers

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation that the order has shipped or otherwise notify you of acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel all or part of an order — including after a confirmation email — for reasons such as product unavailability, a pricing or description error, quantity limits, payment authorization problems, or a shipping restriction. If we cancel a charged order, we refund the amount charged.

Fraud and error prevention

We may verify order and account information, request additional confirmation before shipping, and decline transactions that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized, or made in violation of these Terms.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns, refunds, and order cancellation are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Memberships and automatic renewal

Signature Starter Membership memberships renew automatically at the amounts and intervals disclosed before you authorize recurring billing. The Membership & Automatic Renewal Terms are incorporated into these Terms and govern pricing, renewal, and cancellation of future renewals.

Intellectual property

The Naturra Home name, logo, product names, label artwork, photography, text, and site design are owned by Naturra Home or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them commercially without our written permission. Affiliates may use brand assets only as permitted by the Affiliate Policies & Procedures.

Reviews, testimonials, and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience, that you have the rights to share it, and that it does not violate anyone's rights. You grant Naturra Home a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with our products and marketing, with attribution where appropriate. We may decline or remove submissions that are unlawful, deceptive, or off-topic, and we do not remove honest negative reviews merely because they are unfavorable.

Prohibited conduct

• Misrepresenting your identity or your relationship with Naturra Home
• Reselling products through unauthorized channels or marketplaces
• Making unauthorized health, safety, environmental, origin, or income claims
• Using the site to send spam or to harvest contact information
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempting to interfere with, probe, or bypass site security

Third-party services and links

This site relies on third-party services such as hosting, payment processing, shipping carriers, and email delivery, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that party's terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We encourage customers, members, and Affiliates to contact Customer Care first so we can review and work to resolve concerns directly. If a matter cannot be resolved, the parties retain the rights and remedies available under applicable law.

Changes, severability, waiver, and assignment

We may update these Terms; the effective date on this page shows when the current version took effect, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Electronic communications

By using this website or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order, account, membership, and legal notices. Electronic communications and records satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
