Intended use

Naturra Home products are household and personal-care products intended for use on suitable home surfaces, fabrics, and skin as indicated on the individual product label. They are not food, drugs, or dietary supplements, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Use products only as directed. Use inconsistent with the label instructions or the product's intended purpose is at the user's own risk.

General handling

• Read the product label before each use and follow the directions provided
• Keep products out of reach of children and pets
• Avoid contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs
• Do not mix Naturra Home products with other cleaning products or chemicals
• Do not transfer product into unlabeled containers
• Wash hands after handling cleaning products

Test before full use

Not every product is suitable for every material or surface. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially on natural stone, unsealed or waxed wood, delicate finishes, leather, and specialty fabrics. Follow the care instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the garment, fabric, floor, or surface being cleaned.

Cleaners and laundry products

• Dilute exactly as directed; more concentrate does not mean better cleaning
• Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid prolonged skin contact
• Keep sheets and concentrates dry until use, and close packaging promptly
• Do not use on surfaces the label excludes

Artisan soaps and bath products

• For external use only
• Discontinue use if redness, itching, or irritation occurs
• Bath products can make tubs and floors slippery — enter and exit with care
• Rinse the tub after use to help prevent residue
• Keep out of eyes and do not use on broken or irritated skin

Heat-sensitive products and delivery

Certain products, including artisan soaps, may soften, melt, discolor, or otherwise change when exposed to extreme heat. Naturra Home packages shipments with a “Fragile — Handle With Care” label, but delivered packages should still be retrieved promptly.

If a package containing artisan soap feels warm or has been exposed to high temperatures, place the unopened package in a cool, dry indoor location and allow the soap to cool completely before opening or handling it.

Heat-related or temperature-related damage believed to have occurred during shipping must be reported to Customer Care within 24 hours after carrier-confirmed delivery. Include photographs of the affected product, interior packaging, exterior shipping box, shipping label, and any visible damage so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, pursue a carrier claim.

Naturra Home is not responsible for melting, softening, discoloration, fragrance changes, texture changes, or other damage caused by a package being left for a substantial period in direct sunlight, a hot mailbox, vehicle, porch, parcel locker, or another extreme-temperature environment after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Handcrafted variation

Naturra Home artisan soaps are handmade in small batches. Color, pattern, shape, texture, finish, and minor size variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products. These variations make each bar unique and do not ordinarily indicate damage or a product defect.

Cleaning accessories

• Rinse reusable cloths and pouches thoroughly and allow them to dry fully between uses
• Replace accessories when worn, frayed, or no longer cleanable
• Use eraser-type sheets gently; they work by abrasion and can dull or mark glossy, painted, or polished finishes
• Let soap trays and soap savers dry between uses to extend their life

Storage

Store products upright, tightly closed, at normal room temperature, away from direct heat, sunlight, and freezing conditions. Keep dry-format products away from moisture and humidity.

Sensitivities and allergies

If you have a known sensitivity to a fragrance or ingredient, review the ingredient information on the product page and label before use. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns or if a reaction persists.

In case of accidental exposure

For eye contact, rinse with water for several minutes. For skin irritation, stop use and wash the area. If a product is swallowed, do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so and contact a poison control center or medical professional immediately. Have the product label available when you call. In an emergency, call 911.

Results vary

Cleaning results depend on the surface, material, soil or stain type, water conditions, application method, and other factors outside Naturra Home's control. Naturra Home is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, neglect, improper dilution, improper storage, failure to follow label instructions, or use on incompatible surfaces or materials.
