Please include the information reasonably needed to review the matter, such as your name, order or account information, a description of the concern, and the resolution you are requesting.
How we review concerns
Naturra Home will review the available information in good faith and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. We may request additional information when it is reasonably necessary to understand or resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve the issue
If an issue cannot be resolved through Customer Care, you and Naturra Home may pursue any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable consumer right or remedy.
