Affiliate Disclosure & Marketing Guidelines

Anyone who promotes Naturra Home while having a material connection to the brand must say so clearly and conspicuously, every time, on every platform.

Effective date: September 1, 2026

Required disclosure

Use plain language near the endorsement, such as: “I am an independent Naturra Home Affiliate and may earn compensation from qualifying purchases.”

Shorter wording is acceptable when it is just as clear, but it must state both the relationship and that you may be compensated.

Connections that must be disclosed

  • Commission or any other compensation from qualifying purchases
  • Free product, samples, or gifts
  • Discounts not available to the general public
  • Paid partnerships, sponsorships, contests, or incentives
  • Ownership or financial interest in Naturra Home
  • Employment, contractor, family, or close personal relationships with the company or its owners

Where the disclosure must appear

  • In the same content as the endorsement, above any “more” or “read more” cut-off point
  • Not only in a bio, profile, website footer, or terms page
  • Not buried among hashtags or in a block of links
  • In video: both spoken and shown on screen long enough to read
  • In live content: repeated periodically so viewers who join later still see it
  • In images and stories: legible on screen, not only in a caption that may be truncated
  • In email and text: within the message itself, not only in a signature graphic

Honest experience required

  • Share only experiences you actually had with products you actually used.
  • Do not write, buy, trade, or generate reviews, and do not post AI-written content as your personal experience.
  • Do not condition any incentive on a positive review, and disclose any incentive inside the review itself.
  • Do not suppress, hide, or discourage honest negative feedback.

Prohibited marketing

  • Guaranteed income, typical-earnings figures, or income screenshots
  • Lifestyle imagery or language implying expected wealth, quitting a job, or debt payoff
  • Medical, therapeutic, disinfecting, or antibacterial claims
  • Unverified safety or environmental claims, including non-toxic, chemical-free, child-safe, pet-safe, eco-friendly, or certified organic
  • Fake urgency, fabricated scarcity, or invented certifications and endorsements
  • Before-and-after depictions that mislead, including staged or exaggerated results
  • Altered product depictions, edited labels, or imagery that changes packaging, size, or contents

Testimonials from others

If you share someone else's experience, it must be genuine, presented accurately, and used with permission. Do not attribute a claim to a customer that they did not make, and do not present a single result as what others should expect.

Correction and removal

When Naturra Home identifies noncompliant content, you must correct or remove it promptly on every platform where it appears. Repeated or uncorrected violations may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of participation under the operative agreement.

Questions and reporting

If you are unsure whether wording is acceptable, ask before you post. Contact care@naturrahome.com or (662) 368-2140 with the exact text or content you plan to use.
